In villas, kothis and farmhouses with a boundary wall and open land, is the centre taken of the constructed area or of the whole plot?
Both, for different purposes. The whole plot inside the boundary wall is used for the boundary gate and for placing parking, servant quarters, pet shelters and guard rooms, while the house is zoned on its constructed area alone, which decides its main door and rooms. If the house is built almost up to the boundary, leaving about 3 ft, take the whole plot; if 15 to 20 ft is left around a 30 by 50 ft house, zone the 30 by 50 ft area for the house, otherwise half of its zones are lost.

In villages, big plots have a goshala and a small house. Is zoning done for the built area or for the whole plot?
Use the whole plot to locate the boundary wall gate and the goshala, and zone the constructed area for the house.
Should the paishachik, manushya, dev and brahma zones be marked on the plot or on the constructed area?
Take the centre of the constructed area and mark the pads from it; part of the paishachik ring may fall just outside the house. For a new building, do the zoning of the whole plot for the boundary wall gate, and the zoning of the constructed area to mark E3 or E4 for the main door of the house.
Can yellow mustard and gomti chakra be put at a South-West main boundary gate?
Yes, it will benefit. These two items are not limited to any direction and can be used anywhere. Put the yellow mustard in properly dug pits, because if it meets moisture and sprouts it does no good. The specific South-West gate remedy is taught separately.
Do the main door rules apply to the outer boundary gate too?
The boundary gate carries only about 10 percent weight. The door through which you enter the house itself is the main door; the outer one is just the boundary-wall gate.
Do these pada results apply to the boundary wall door, the main door or every door of the house?
There are three types of doors: the boundary wall door (for example the entrance of a multi-storey building or the gate of a bungalow), the main door through which you enter your own home, and room doors such as the kitchen or bedroom door. The interpretation applies mainly to the main door. The boundary wall door also plays a role, but much less, because even after entering the gate you cannot get into the house if the main door is locked.
For a plot of, say, 33 x 70 that is not fully built, do we take the whole plot or only the constructed part?
Take the constructed area. For the boundary wall gate the centre of the whole plot is used, and for the main door the centre of the constructed area; this is taught in planning.
