Tree Tilt on the Land as a Selection Sign

The trees on a plot show the nature of its energy by the direction in which they lean. Land where the trees lean toward the South-West, or all toward the South, is rejected, and land where they lean toward the North-West eventually brings bad debts.
Taught inVastu DiplomaDefinitions of Vastu and Its Three Forces: Sun, Magnetic and Gravitational Energy

What it does

Screens out land with harmful energy before purchase.

Where

Trees on the plot under consideration

How to do it

  1. 1Walk the land and observe the direction in which its trees lean.
  2. 2Reject land where the trees tilt toward the South-West.
  3. 3Reject land where all the trees tilt toward the South.
  4. 4Treat a North-West tilt as a warning of future financial loss.

Cautions

  • Land whose trees lean toward the North-West sooner or later turns accounts into NPA (bad debts) and forces the owner to leave the place.

Explanation and notes

This belongs to the botanical method of land selection; the biological method similarly looks at which creatures, and of what colour, live on the land.

Land Energy Comes Before Direction (Dasha Before Disha)

The word Vastu comes from the Sanskrit vas, the land of residence, so the condition of the land is judged before any direction. Land energy decides about 70 percent of the result.

Principleवास्तु की परिभाषा

Core Definitions of Vastu from the Classical Texts

Vastu is defined in complementary ways: the land of residence, the architectural art of coordinating nature and human, orientation according to the sun, the free movement of air, a structure that controls the mind, the management of universal energy and the balance of the five elements.

Principleवायु का निर्बाध आवागमन

Ventilation in Every Room: Vastu as the Free Movement of Air

Energy rising from the land (geopathic) meets energy from the planets and stars (cosmic) and forms a third energy that can turn intense or toxic when mixed with household activity, so it must be able to leave the house. Every room therefore needs ventilation.

What Sun Rays Carry at Each Time of the Morning

Sun rays are described as miracle rays that carry silver, gold, iron, mercury, lead and other minerals as well as vitamin D and vitamin B12, each at a particular time around sunrise. No electric light can supply these.

Principleचंद्र भेदी

Longer North-South Axis for Magnetic Attraction (Chandra-Bhedi Plan)

The sun's movement from East to West creates a magnetic effect with North and South poles. A plot, building, room or hall whose North-South axis is longer (chandra-bhedi) holds the strongest magnetic field, giving attraction and concentration; one whose East-West axis is longer is called surya-bhedi.
