Copper L-Rod Dowsing for Land Energy and Buried Negativity

Walking a land with two copper L-rods in Surya swar, the intensity of their turning shows how energetic the land is; an anticlockwise turn marks a negative-energy element buried below, and rods that stick still and heavy mark an obstructed, cursed land.

What it does

To read the energy of a land and locate buried negativity such as bones.

Where

Walk over the whole land, marking the spots

When

In Surya swar

Samagri used

  • Two copper L-rods, cleaned

How to do it

  1. 1Make sure the Surya swar (earth element) is running
  2. 2Remember your Ishta and your Guru and give a clear command in your subconscious mind of what you are looking for: hidden energy, ground water, minerals, bone or a lost object
  3. 3Ask the rods whether they are ready to dowse, turning clockwise for yes; begin only when they permit
  4. 4Hold the two rods firmly by the handles, gripping so hard that the thumbs show marks, and close your eyes
  5. 5Keep a person in front to watch the rods, and stand or walk over the land
  6. 6Fast, intense turning shows a highly energetic land; slow, gentle turning shows very little energy
  7. 7An anticlockwise turn shows a negative-energy element buried below; return to the spot and confirm it five times
  8. 8Rods that go completely still, feel heavier, are pulled downward and stick as if to a magnet, refusing to move even when the hands move, show an obstructed (badhit) and cursed (shapit) land

Cautions

  • Clean the rods before each use
  • Best done barefoot; shoes can be worn on rough ground, since the connection is through the breath

Explanation and notes

At one spot where the rod turned anticlockwise, digging revealed bones; since then this reading has been used to trace bones and other negative-energy elements in land. Held in front of a picture, the rods move according to that person's aura.

Principle

Good Land Energy Overcomes Orientation Mistakes

If the land energy is good, a building can still succeed despite mistakes in orientation; if the orientation is 100 percent correct but the land energy is zero, no effort brings results. Land energy is read best by your own soul and subconscious mind, not by equipment alone.

Prediction

Remote Reading of Land Energy and Defect Direction by the Active Element

When someone phones from a land and asks about its energy, a trained swar expert reads the answer from his own element; when asked next about vastu defects, the element that becomes active points to the defective direction, such as air for the North-West and fire for the South-East.

Testing

Hand Scanning Method for Land and Flat Energy

A built-in scanner: in Surya swar the arms are spread wide and the palms brought slowly together; the distance at which a tingling current stops them shows the energy of the land or flat.

Testing

Coconut Toss Test from the Brahmasthan

A water-filled coconut is thrown at least 10 feet straight up from the centre of the land; where it lands, drawn by the land's positive or negative force, shows whether the land is good for living, for labour or for industry.

Testingकेसर स्वास्तिक

Kesar Swastik Test for Land Energy and Outside Influence

A swastik drawn with kesar on a whitewashed surface stays bright for 24 to 48 hours where the energy is good; if it fades or vanishes, the energy is disturbed or an outside negative influence (bahari hawa) is present.

Ghat Vidhi: Wheat Javare Under a Water Kalash in the North-East

An earthen kalash full of water, topped with a coconut and five mango leaves, is set on a heap of wheat in the North-East of a built home; the colour, shine and growth of the javare that sprout from the wheat show the energy of the home.
