A farmer who sows the same seed in five fields gets a different taste and yield from each, because the soil chemistry differs; in the same way the air meeting the land changes what reaches the ghat, and the javare show it. Javare were sown in Navratri for exactly this purpose, to test the energy of the home. When it was very good, people carried the ghat on their heads through the town in a ghat yatra, singing and dancing, which improved the energy further.
If the land energy is good, a building can still succeed despite mistakes in orientation; if the orientation is 100 percent correct but the land energy is zero, no effort brings results. Land energy is read best by your own soul and subconscious mind, not by equipment alone.
When someone phones from a land and asks about its energy, a trained swar expert reads the answer from his own element; when asked next about vastu defects, the element that becomes active points to the defective direction, such as air for the North-West and fire for the South-East.
