Explanation and notes
All kinds of medicinal rays come by themselves into the NNE and charge the medicines kept there; the North also receives very good energy.
The human body, imagined facing East, is built like the Vastu Purush Mandal, and the position of each body function shows where the matching part of a house belongs.
Vedic Vastu texts assign no place to a toilet inside the house and say its wall should not even touch the house foundation; toilets were built outside, and palaces placed them at the rear in the West-North-West.
Zone-by-zone results of a toilet: SSW and WNW are workable, NW and ESE only in an emergency, and every other zone damages what that zone governs.
Four positions are forbidden for a toilet whatever the zone: the Brahmasthan, directly opposite the main door, directly opposite the kitchen and under the staircase.
Turning the toilet seat so the user faces North or South, never East or West, corrects about half the dosh of a toilet even when it stands in a wrong zone.
A toilet should be lined with glazed ceramic tiles, well ventilated, kept in white or grey, and should have no mirror facing the seat.
Sitting on the toilet with the left nostril closed, the teeth pressed together and the feet raised on a small footstool clears the bowels in seconds and protects the teeth and stomach.
A glass bowl layered with sea sand, alum, salt and sea sand again, kept in the toilet where the air flows out, absorbs the negativity of the toilet.
