Earlier classes covered slope, plot shape and the surrounding (existing) vastu. Slope matters most in industrial vastu: with a wrong slope an industry rarely completes even a five-year plan. When the North, North-North-East or East side of a project gets covered or built up, the life-giving air (pran dayini vayu) reaching it slowly fades; in one case a cable factory declined steadily and ended as an NPA after another factory was built on its open North-East side.
In a case shared in class, a house built fully as per vastu (kitchen in the South-East, correct stairs, underground water tank) and treated with many tape and colour remedies still did not improve, because the land energy itself was negative.
There are 1008 methods to test land energy; each of the eight types of nimitta alone carries 108 methods.
