Brass Flag on the South-West Roof When an East Neighbour Is Taller

When the neighbouring house in the East is taller than yours, you lose the energy of the sun. Either add a storey or raise a metal flag of brass in the South-West of your roof, higher than the neighbour's building, so that your building starts receiving cosmic energy.

Remedy

Green Colour, Flag and a North-West Window to Balance a Disturbed Air Element

Where the air element is disturbed, for example in a rented flat that causes gastric trouble, use green colour in the North-West, put up a flag (dhwaj) there, preferably a five-element flag, and open the North-West with a window.

Flag (Dhwaj) Test for Land, Flat and Industrial Land

A flag with flowers tied inside is hoisted on the East side of a land, flat or industrial plot in an auspicious muhurta or in Chandra swar and then released; the direction in which it flies reveals the land's quality.

A flag (dhwaj)

East side of the land, flat or industrial land

Principle

Never Buy a Plot Sandwiched Between Two Tall Buildings

A plot or house squeezed between two tall buildings on opposite sides, even South and North, gets neither balanced magnetic and gravitational force nor sun rays. Such a house wrecks every effort and should not be bought even if it is offered free.

Plots with tall buildings on two opposite sides (180 degrees apart)

Principleनैऋत्य कोण

South-West (Nairitya): Rahu-Ketu, Prosperity, and Keeping It Highest

The South-West is ruled by Nairitya, with Rahu-Ketu as its planets and gomed (hessonite) as its stone. Balanced, uncut and right-angled, it gives prosperity, stability and skill, and it must be the highest part of the property in both ground level and building height, which is why a dhwaj (flag) is raised there.

Principleपिशाच भूमि

Pishach Bhoomi: Boundary Wall, Shilanyas, Dhwajarohan and Servant Quarters

The outermost band of a plot, the pishach bhoomi, is the seat of the 32 lokpals and bears the noise of the road. It is where the boundary wall and its gate, servant quarters, guards and pets belong, where flags are hoisted and where shilanyas (foundation stone laying) is done.

Questions and answers

My neighbour's house in the East has two storeys and mine has one. What is the effect?

You are losing, because the East (the sun) gives all the energy. Either build a second storey or put up a flag: a metal flag of brass in the South-West of your roof, higher than their building, so that your building starts receiving cosmic energy.

The air element of my rented flat is disturbed and I have severe gastric problems. What can I do?

Use green colour and a flag-like pattern: put up a flag (dhwaj) in the North-West and, if possible, open the North-West with a window; this brings at least some balance. Swar vigyan can do still more without expense or demolition.

What flag should be put in the North-West when the air element is disturbed: a green one or a five-element flag?
The North-West toilet has been built about two feet higher than the rest of the house; does this create a dosh?
