Suitable: kitchen (the ideal zone), generator, transformer, electric meter, servant room, gym, gas room, windows, chimney, store room, parking, washing machine, guest bedroom; stairs may be possible. A lift can be built, but pits stop after this zone. An AC compressor can stand here, though its ideal zone is NW. A master bedroom only if Venus is exalted. The Sun's fire here combines with food and raises its quality, which is why food is cooked between 9 and 12 when the Sun is in SE. After SE the rays turn harsher and their heat destroys vitamins and minerals. The Sun is in its youth here, so the zone is called cash flow: the more heat and work, the more money. ESE, SE and SSE together are the cash flow, current and power of the house. Water and fire are enemy elements; an enemy-element activity in an element's zone unbalances it. The teacher saw most suicide cases in SE bedrooms of people with debilitated Venus, including a couple who both had debilitated Venus.
Before any interior, fix the goal of the space, study the owner's kundali, check the current (energy) flow and base every arrangement, colour and artifact on planet combinations. Harmful yogas of the kundali must never be recreated with artifacts, while good yogas should be built.
