Kilan With Copper Nails to Separate Two Merged Flats With a Toilet at the Centre

When two flats are merged and the toilet falls at the new centre, do kilan separately for each flat: four copper nails at the corners of one flat and four at the corners of the other, so that the energy current moves along each set of nails and the two flats work as separate units.

The four corners of each of the two merged flats

Remedyजादू की पोटली

Gomti Chakra Potli in Red, Yellow or White for Health, Business or Studies

A potli of purified, energised gomti chakra mixed with a little yellow mustard, made on a swayam siddh muhurta in red cloth for illness, yellow for business and white for studies. With a kesar swastik and a wish on every gomti chakra it becomes a jadoo ki potli (magic potli) that keeps fulfilling the wish.

Red: with the patient or tied to the bed; yellow: at the business place; white: on the study table or near the books; in the pocket for business meetings

Face-Like Main Door: Lamp Niches, Jharokhas, Tilak Symbol and Lips

Design the main door like a face: two shutters as the nostrils, two small niches as the eyes, two jharokhas as the ears, an Om or swastik as the tilak, and the threshold and upper frame as the lips. Ancient texts say such decoration multiplies the power of the main door many times.

Testingकेसर स्वास्तिक

Kesar Swastik Test for Land Energy and Outside Influence

A swastik drawn with kesar on a whitewashed surface stays bright for 24 to 48 hours where the energy is good; if it fades or vanishes, the energy is disturbed or an outside negative influence (bahari hawa) is present.

Main door or any whitewashed wall; kitchen tiles can also be used

Principle

Elephant Toran and Statues Represent Rahu: Avoid with a Weak Rahu

The elephant represents Rahu, so elephant statues or hanging-elephant bandhanwar (toran) do not suit every home, especially where the family's Rahu is debilitated.

Doors, walls and any place where toran or statues are hung

Principle

Facing of the Deity and the Worshipper in the Home Temple

The deity faces East first and North second, never South; the worshipper faces North for wealth, East for spiritual progress and South or West for tantra, and before a consecrated idol all directions become zero.

Questions and answers

Is there a particular muhurta for doing kilan?
During Diwali puja the deity faces South and we face North. Is that right?

No, it is wrong. Seat the deity in the West facing East, and sit so that you look at the deity while your face is towards the North. The Lord's direction is what matters, just as the teacher's direction matters in a classroom.

In the main door picture, which were the jharokhas and which were the niches (aale)?

The small niches were made for lamps; they are the eyes of the door, and lamps placed in them open its eyes. The jharokhas beside them are the ears. Lamps must be lit in the niches on festivals such as Diwali, Dussehra, Holi and Raksha Bandhan, and in royal houses they were lit daily; a house whose eyes stay open keeps a right watch over everyone. If a door, even one in a wrong place, is decorated like this with small desi cow ghee lamps in the niches, its defects do not apply.
